Cosmic Cone began as a simple family dream. What started as conversations around the kitchen table slowly grew into plans, paperwork, sketches, research, and countless late-night discussions about what this business could become.

We're a veteran-owned and family-operated company being built right here in Siskiyou County, California. Our goal is simple: create a fun, family-friendly dessert experience centered around dairy-free soft serve, shaved ice, community events, and local gatherings.

But we're not open yet.

In fact, we're still building.

This Mission Log exists so you can follow the journey from the very beginning—the victories, setbacks, milestones, lessons learned, and everything in between.
